Pulsar Crosses Five Million Units

Pulsar, a brand owned by Chakan based Bajaj, has ruled India’s performance segment for over a decade now. Pulsar brand has hit a new milestone now by crossing the five million mark in cumulative sales.

Pulsar has been one of the most criticized brands in India. It has been criticized on many issues including, but not limited to, quality and durability, but it’s one of the best things your money can buy today. It is worth noting that there aren’t many motorcycle brands across the globe whose sales have crossed the five million benchmark. Some of the 2 wheeler brands which have already crossed the 5 million benchmark includes Hero Splendor, Hero Passion and Bajaj Discover.

Pulsar enjoys 15% of the total motorcycle sales in India. With the launch of next generation Pulsar, we hope that number to increase. Currently, the Pulsars are exported to over 30 countries. A bigger Pulsar, rumored as the Pulsar 350, is on the cards which is expected to take the Indian performance biking segment to an all new level.
