Hero MotoCorp planning to expand

Hero Honda was recently renamed as Hero MotoCorp after their contract with Japanese major, Honda, ended. After the breakup, Hero is currently planning to expand by opening a new plant to meet its ever increasingdemands. At the present, Hero has three plants located at Dharuhera, Gurgaon and Haridwar. Earlier this year, the company was conducting prospect study in 10 states. At the moment, Karnataka and Gujarat are given the utmost priority among those ten states.
“For 2012-13, we will certainly need a fourth plant. In the next few weeks or months, we will be talking about the fourth plant.” Said Mr. Anil Dua, Senior vice-president, Marketing and sales.
The company has already revealed its aim to sell six million bikes by this year. There are no official words regarding the installed capacity and investment on this plant. Having a plant in South India also makes sense as they could save a lot on transportation to serve these regions. The new plant possibly will assemble the dirt bikes which Hero plans to import as Completely Knocked Down (CKD) units as discussed before.
Whatever it is, Hero MotoCorp is planning something rock solid. All we can do is keep our fingers crossed.

i have to buy a bike for me so today i went to market to buy a bike for me,as i am a student so i had planned to buy like hero honda glamour or super splender or achiever but when i went thereits really humiliated me that all the available new models were not as per my expectation those were inferior to that of earlier.your earlear models were far better so i asked to the manager to provide me the earlear any one of these but heanswered that those models are not in stock and suplly .it herted me and i had to come to my homewith my unfullfilled desire.hope that you
have some way by how i can get that.please tell me.
